Lion d'Or - Malagousia 0,75 L

Tasting notes: pale lemon color, intense floral aromas with citrus hints. Full-bodied taste with pleasant acidity and a fresh finish.  

Aging: responds very well to aging up to 2-3 years after harvest.  

Perfect pairing: Mediterranean salads, pasta, and crispy appetizers.  

Winemaking techniques: pre-fermentation extraction method (skin contact) is applied for 10-18 hours. Classic white wine fermentation at controlled temperatures of 12-16°C.
