VINIFICATION - MATURATION
The alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at low temperatures and the contact with the fine lees, results in a wine having a pleasant aromatic complexity.
COLOR
Pale lemon.
TASTING NOTES
Intense nose with floral and herbal notes, harmoniously linked with aromas of stone fruits and citrus fruits. Medium body with pleasant acidity and a long aromatic aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING
It can be combined with a wide range of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, with seafood dishes and oily fish. Also with roast poultry, pasta, risotto, creamy sauces, green salads and vegetables.
