Classic red vinification with a long extraction combined with micro-oxygenation. The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Intense aromas reminiscent of red ripe fruit with hints of chocolate, cedar and strawberry jam. It has matured for 12 months in oak barrels and has a full mouth with soft tannins and a fruity aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING
An excellent match for aged cheeses, grilled meat, red meat and game cooked dishes with complex sauces.
