Tasting Notes: It features a deep purple color and intense aromas of red berries, cedar, and nuts with hints of herbs. It has a charming body with balanced acidity and soft tannins. Its finish is long, massive, and complex.
Aging: Will respond well to aging for up to 6-8 years after harvest.
Perfect Pairing: Served at 18-20°C, it is an excellent match for aged cheese, grilled meat, red meat, and game cooked dishes with complex sauces.
Vinification Techniques: Each variety follows separate fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures for one week. The whole procedure lasts around 15 days and is followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine ages in new or used oak barrels for 12 months.
