VINIFICATION - MATURATION
Controlled low temperature fermentation with rose vinification, in contact with fine lees. Decond alcoholic fermentation in autoclave tanks, in order to increase the CO2 as a result the sparkling wine has a pressure of 5 bar.

Electric pink.
TASTING NOTES
Lively bubbles that highlight the aromas of strawberry, sour cherry and framboise. Its fresh acidity balances the sweetness of the residual sugar.
FOOD PAIRING
An ideal accompaniment for Greek summer dishes, fruits and pleasantly cool light deserts. Ideal also as an aperitif.
