VINIFICATION - MATURATION
Classic white vinification at controlled low temperatures, fort the base wines, contact with the fine lees. Second alcoholic fermentation in autoclave tanks, in order to increase the CO2 for the 5 bar resulted pressure.
COLOR
Pale lemon with green hints.
TASTING NOTES
Lively bubbles that highlight the aromas of pear, apricot and pleasant floral notes. Elegant, with fresh acidity that balances the sweetness of the residual sugar.
FOOD PAIRING
An excellent match for cool salads, shellfish, fruits, light desserts or as an aperitif.
