Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of mature red fruits, plum, and hints of pepper. Velvet mouth with soft tannins and an aromatic, fruity aftertaste.

 

Aging: Will respond to aging for up to 5 years after harvest.

 

Perfect Pairing: Served at 16-18°C, with red meat, spicy cheese, and refreshing green salads.

 

Vinification Techniques: The wine then follows a classic red wine vinification and matures for 4-6 months in stainless tanks with oak chips.
