Aging: Responds well to aging up to 15 years after harvest

Winemaking techniques: Grapes from 40-year-old vines, classic red vinification, with malolactic fermentation, The wine remains for 24 months in a 500L barrel and then it is stored in cellar for 6 months. Each year added in the bottle gives a more complex and valuable wine.
